1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "ku9i", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to all services, websites, and related applications of ku9i. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any person who has registered with ku9i or is using any service on the site.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds into your ku9i account. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Before depositing, make sure you are transacting from a mobile banking number registered in your own name — deposits from third-party numbers are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — are used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the registered mobile banking number — not to anyone else's number.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For security purposes, identity verification may be required before any large transaction. If ku9i requests the necessary documents in this regard, you must cooperate.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,500 — to withdraw from this, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts or exploiting the system will result in all accounts being cancelled and any associated winnings being forfeited. The specific terms of each bonus are stated on the relevant offer page.

6 Gaming Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on ku9i are conducted fairly and transparently. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, using bots or automated software, or exploiting any other technical advantage is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Collusion and Fraud

Colluding with other players to act against the system or games, or using the platform for credit card fraud or money laundering, is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and necessary legal action will be taken.

6.3 Exploiting Technical Errors

Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error or fault in a game or the system will be considered void. If you identify a technical issue, report it directly to the support team.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

ku9i's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond.

Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

VIP membership is granted by ku9i, and ku9i reserves the right to revoke or change it, particularly if there is evidence of policy violations. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ku9i

ku9i may close or suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Registering with false or incomplete information
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, or bot use
• Operating multiple accounts
• Failure to verify age or being underage

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Complete all valid withdrawals before making the request. The option to temporarily limit or close an account for responsible gaming reasons is also available.

9 Responsible Gaming

ku9i believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The platform encourages members to play responsibly. Set a spending limit, take breaks, and seek help if you feel you have a problem.
